Windows Xp Tablet Edition – Forgot passcode and can’t log into windows!! HELP ME!!

I have windows Xp Tablet Pc edition. I have forgotton my password and can’t log back into windows. What usually happens is that when I turn my laptop on it first asks you to press (ctrl alt del) then a new windows pops up and asks you for your username and password. So i don’t know my passcode and can’t log in. This laptop doesn’t have a place for a cd, and also i tried to restart the computer and press f8 and get into safe mode but even when i do that, it still asks for username and passcode. I need help! What do i do????

Press f8 and start in safe mode with command prompt. At c: prompt type “control userpasswords2″. You can reset the password from here.
